Anxiety & Relationship Pattern Coach for Professionals
To everyone else you look calm, capable, easy to be around. Underneath there are deep seated anxieties that leave you drained and uninspired, no matter how well things are going. You replay conversations and hold back what you actually think, and your relationships, with family, friends, colleagues, and your boss, feel strained or exhausting. You can feel it starting to cost you your career and the people you care about most, even though you've already addressed everything you knew how to. You're not short on insight. I help you collapse all of it into a perspective that gives you energy and moves you toward what you actually want, instead of leaving you scattered and certain you've just made another mistake. It's the work I've done with over 300 professionals.

"After 40 years of anxiety and countless therapists, Asha was the first person who got to the root of my struggles. She saw parts of me I couldn't even see myself. For the first time in my life, I felt truly understood and strong enough to speak up to my boss and call things out."N, 45
"From the first session, it felt different. She'd catch something small I said and analyze what I actually meant. I don't have to try to act like a leader anymore. I just feel like one."I, 38
"I'd struggled with anxiety since I was 8. She showed me how my own mind actually works, including strengths I'd been treating as flaws. I now speak up in meetings. Even to the president of the company."B, 45
"Nothing compares to the profound shift she's had on me. She helped me see myself and others clearly for the first time. It's no stretch to say Asha rivals the world's most renowned psychologists."K, 34
Does this sound like you?
Nobody at work would ever guess. You come across composed and reliable, but deep seated anxiety patterns are running constantly underneath, and by evening you're drained, uninspired, and wondering why "fine" takes this much effort.
Your mind runs every angle at once. Before a single conversation you've modelled six versions of what they meant, and you still can't land on which one is real. You can read anyone else's dynamics in seconds; it's your own life where nothing settles.
The relationships that matter most, with your family, your friends, your colleagues, and your boss, feel strained or draining. You manage everyone else's reactions, give more than you get back, and leave most interactions replaying what you should have said.
You can feel it starting to cost you where it counts: the raise, the promotion, the room's respect going to people with half your depth, and the closeness that keeps not landing, no matter how much you care.
You've done the therapy, read the books, learned the language. You can name every pattern you have. And somehow, nothing has actually changed.
You don't need another word for what's wrong with you. You already have the vocabulary, avoidant, people pleasing, hypervigilant, the whole glossary, and naming it one more time hasn't changed a thing. You're not short on insight or perception; you see more than most. The problem is that all that seeing never resolves into anything you can stand on. My work is helping you collapse the ten competing readings you hold at once into one perspective that fits who you are and pushes you toward your goals, so decisions give you energy back instead of draining it, and doors start feeling like they're opening instead of closing.
What actually changes things
See past the surface fight to what's actually going on underneath: where the conflict really lives, what's yours to own, and what was never yours to carry. Most people spend years working the wrong layer, which is exactly why it never resolves.
The hardest question in any strained relationship: can this person actually meet you, or are you holding out hope for a change they've shown no real signs of making? You'll learn to tell genuine possibility from wishful thinking, so you stop pouring yourself into what was never going to move.
With the whole board in front of you, every piece and every person in play, you stop reacting and start leading: deciding, holding your ground, and setting the terms of the relationship instead of running the same analysis again at midnight.
Client results
"I've spent the last few years reading books and watching videos on confidence. Those tactics worked for a few weeks, then the doubts came flooding back. From the first session with Asha, it felt different. She'd catch something small I said and analyze what I actually meant. It was like... wait, how did I never see that? I don't have to try to act like a leader anymore. I just feel like one."

Asha didn't hand me another coping tool. She showed me how my own mind actually works: the moves it makes, why they're there, and the strengths I'd been treating as flaws. I'd never been seen that clearly. I now speak up in meetings. Even to the president of the company."

Whether we do the whole program or take it session by session, the work is the same: I show you how your mind actually operates, then help you change what no longer serves you. Pick the depth that fits where you are.
The 1-on-1 intensive
Weekly 90-minute deep dives, plus unlimited message and voice access between them. We uncover what's driving the pattern, map your inner world, then turn the lens outward onto the people around you. Intense, transformative change in a short time. It's hard work, and the results make it worth it.
Single sessions
When committing to the whole program isn't right yet, whether that's budget or timing, we go one session at a time. You bring what's live, I map how your mind is working on it, and we build the picture as we go. Every session you leave with something new. Same depth, unbundled. Either way, we start with a discovery call to make sure we're a good fit.
