Go from overlooked to understood.

You've done the therapy. You can explain your patterns. You still hold back at work and at home. In 8 weeks we find out why you shrink where you shrink and change it, with me a message away the whole time.

Who this is for

Established in your career. Stuck in the same pattern.

My clients are physicians, engineers, managers, founders, nurses, salespeople. Competent people whose careers and relationships keep hitting the same invisible wall: they can't hold their ground with authority, they absorb blame that isn't theirs, they manage everyone's feelings but their own.

Some grew up with a parent who was controlling, critical, or guilt-tripping. Others had loving parents who just never really saw them, and they've spent years defending those parents in their own head. A lot of them are liked by everyone at work and easy to be around. Very few people actually know them. And most have already done therapy.

This is not for you if you're looking for someone to hold space while you talk. I'm warm, but I'm direct. You'll be seen more clearly than you're used to, and you'll have work to do between calls. That's why it takes weeks, not years.

The structure

What the work looks like

8 weeks, with a 90-minute deep-dive call every week. Not check-ins. Working sessions. We trace live situations from your week back to the pattern underneath, and you watch the machinery become visible in real time.

Phase one

Surface what's really running you

Underneath all the analysis are a few assumptions driving your reactions at work and at home. We bring them into the open. Most clients are shocked at what's been sitting in plain sight the whole time.

Phase two

Map your inner world

Your upbringing, personality, and closest relationships connected into one coherent map. This is when things start making sense, and when the self-blame starts losing its grip.

Phase three

Read the people around you

The lens turns outward. You learn to read your boss, your parents, your partner: to see which dynamics can change, which can't, and how to stand firm without becoming harsh.

What the first few weeks usually feel like

Most people expect one big breakthrough. What usually shows up first is smaller. You stop replaying a conversation on the drive home. You speak up once without bracing for how they'll react. You get to the end of a workday and still have energy left.

It can feel almost boring, and that's a good sign. It means the old explanation has stopped making sense to you. When those moments happen, we look at them together so they stick.

The part that changes everything

You won't be left alone between calls.

When your mother calls and the old feeling floods back, when a meeting goes sideways, when you're replaying a conversation at 11pm, that's when the pattern actually fires. It's also when most support leaves you on your own until the next appointment.

Throughout our work you have unlimited text and voice-message access to me. Message me when those moments happen, or when you're trying to put something we discussed on a call into practice. I usually reply within a few hours, and we talk it through back and forth: the thoughts running through your head, your pushback, what you'd normally do and what you want to do instead. A lot of the reprogramming happens in those conversations, not only on the scheduled calls.

A real between-session message thread: a client asks Asha for help with a family situation, and Asha replies with voice notes and guidance

Real support, between sessions

What a reply actually looks like

Two of my replies from the first week of a client's program, shared anonymously. They sent a voice note after our call. I came back with a read on what I was seeing and a question to sit with, and we kept going back and forth from there. Tap either one to read it full size.

Asha's written reply to a client's voice note, explaining a third option between blaming and forgiving loving parents: a capacity mismatch Asha's follow-up reply a few days later, on how the client's empathy cuts their own feelings off before they land

An honest note

Why understanding your patterns hasn't changed them

If you've done years of therapy and self-help and can explain every pattern you have, you're where most of my clients were when they found me. They knew the pattern. What nobody had found yet was the reason it still made sense to them. Somewhere underneath, the old way of seeing things still feels true, so you keep going back to it however much you understand.

That's where we work. We go back through your history and find the explanation you've been running on, the one you can't see because you're inside it. Then we look at it from an angle you haven't tried. Once the new read actually makes sense to you, you don't have to force the change. You stop reacting the old way, sometimes within days.

The messaging is what makes it fast. The pattern fires at work or at home, you message me in that moment, and we work through it right there, pushback and all. You're not waiting a week to talk about something you've half forgotten.

The investment is in the low thousands (USD), closer to executive coaching than to a therapy session, and you can split it into two payments. If you want to know whether it's the right fit, and whether I can genuinely help your specific situation, that's exactly what the discovery call is for. I'll tell you honestly, including if the answer is no.

How this is different

Therapy, self-help, or this?

Most people who come to me have already tried therapy, books or both, and learned a lot. What usually keeps them stuck is that they're still seeing their situations through scripts they built earlier in life. Here we find the patterns and blind spots you can't see yourself and work through perspective shifts together, until things make sense in a way that changes what you do.

The part that matters most is feeling understood, and we find that out on the first call. If you come away thinking, "she gets it, she speaks my language," it's likely to work for you. If we're not on the same wavelength, it wouldn't be effective, and I'll tell you.

If you're in crisis, or dealing with severe depression or trauma symptoms that disrupt daily life, please start with a licensed therapist. Coaching isn't therapy or crisis care.
